Small changes make a big difference.

Ergonomic solutions for a more functional workplace and happier team.

What’s your workspace costing you?

An uncomfortable chair or a monitor that’s too far away aren’t just annoying. They affect your team’s productivity, efficiency, and work quality, too. And all of that directly impacts something much bigger: your bottom line.

Increase Productivity

More efficient workspaces get the job done–faster.

Improve Morale

A pain-free team is a happier team that produces better quality work.

Save Money

Fewer sick days and worker’s comp claims are better for business.

Hi! I’m Dr. Matthew Stump.

For almost 20 years, I’ve worked as an orthopedic physical therapist, and I’ve treated my fair share of stiff necks, sore backs, and strained elbows, wrists, and hands. But the hardest part of my job is knowing many of these problems could have been avoided in the first place. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people make meaningful ergonomic changes in their workplace that not only ease the stress and strain on their bodies but also preventing aches and pains from becoming chronic problems. After all, none of us can do our best work if we’re in pain.

We believe prevention is everything.

Ever had a crick in your neck after a long day at the computer? How about pain in your elbow that never seems to go away. Or a wrist that starts throbbing the minute your fingers hit the keyboard?

All of these things are indications that something is affecting the nerves, muscles, tendons, and joints that make up your musculoskeletal system.

Believe it or not, the simple repetitive motions you perform day in and day out at work can cause real wear and tear on your body over time. I’ve seen it firsthand, across multiple industries and disciplines, in the work I’ve done with small businesses, government agencies, and schools.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Luckily, easy changes like adjusting the height of your chair or the alignment of your posture or rearranging your desk to keep essential items at arm’s length can completely eliminate the stress and strain that can get in the way of your job performance–and your good health.

Ensure Your Team Feels Their Best

Whether your team is already feeling the strain of bad ergonomics or you simply want to be proactive, we are here to help. During your free consultation, we will discuss your biggest needs and create a plan tailored to fit your organization.
