Reports
TruFit Ergonomics will draft comprehensive reports following each initial jobsite evaluation and training. The reports include a cover letter addressed to the appropriate representative and identify which employee is the subject of the evaluation. The evaluation report includes employee demographic information such as, department where the employee works, date of the evaluation, supervisory contact, employee name, height of the employee, hand dominance, corrective lens applicability, employee job title, location of the evaluation, primary tasks of the employee, a description of the work environment, and the reason for the referral or chief complaint. Further, the report will include a comprehensive worksite assessment of the risks identified, changes made to the workstation, and recommendations. It includes before and after photos to supplement the findings and corrections made, and optimal workstation measurements with a summary of recommendations. The summary includes both the employer workstation modifications and employee workstation behavior modifications.
Individualized Training:
Trufit Ergonomics believes in educating clients on the recommended ergonomic solutions to ensure understanding, improve compliance, and reduce the workers’ risk of RMIs or CTDs. At the time of the ergonomic assessment, the Trufit Ergonomics specialist will discuss the risks identified with the employee’s current work habits and posturing as well as educate the client on the associated benefits of the on-site corrections made and the reasons for the work station modifications.
